Frequently asked questions
Open “My orders” in the app or on the website and select your order to see its live status, from confirmation through to delivery.
You can pay cash on delivery or through FIB. Choose your method at checkout; for FIB, you complete the payment securely inside the FIB app.
Yes. FIB payments are completed inside the FIB app, and we never see or store your card, bank, or FIB login details.
Delivery time depends on the store and your location. You'll see an estimate at checkout and can follow your order's progress on its order page.
Returns and refunds are arranged together with the store you ordered from. Contact us with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the steps to reset it by email.
You can delete your account from your profile settings, or follow the steps on our account deletion page linked below.
